Privacy Policy

1.Zacpot appropriately protects the personal information of customers, business partners and employees of Zacpot (the "Personal Information") by assigning a manager and establishing handling rules for the Personal Information.

2.Zacpot obtains the Personal Information by an appropriate method to the extent that Zacpot requires for its business. When Zacpot obtains such Personal Information, Zacpot makes clear the purpose of obtaining and using the Personal Information and how it will use such information, and the customer service contact information for complaints and inquiries.

3.Unless required by an order, etc. in accordance with the law, Zacpot does not use or provide the Personal Information outside of the scope of confirmed usages that Zacpot receives when it obtains the Personal Information.

4.Zacpot takes reasonable security countermeasures against unauthorized access to the Personal Information, loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of the Personal Information and other risks, through management of accessible IDs and passwords, restriction of access to the data storage rooms and other measures. Zacpot also checks and reviews the countermeasures and status of their implementation on a regular basis, and corrects them as necessary.

5.Zacpot has set up the customer service department to accept complaints and inquires and to deal appropriately with the issues regarding handling of the Personal Information and the management system of the protection of the Personal Information.

6.When Zacpot entrusts other companies with the handling of Personal Information, Zacpot appropriately enters into an agreement with such companies and supervises and controls such companies so that they observe the usage, provisions and security management of Personal Information, as agreed to when such Personal Information is obtained.

7.When Zacpot is requested to disclose or correct the Personal Information retained by Zacpot, including, notification of purpose of use of such Personal Information, addition to or deletion of such Personal Information, stopping use or erasure of such Personal Information, or stopping provision to third parties of such Personal Information, Zacpot will, after confirming the customer's identification appropriately, deal with such requests immediately to the reasonable extent.

8.Zacpot observes all laws and regulations, guidelines and other rules established by the Japanese government that are applicable to the Personal Information handled by Zacpot. Zacpot also administrates and corrects, as necessary, its internal system so that the Personal Information is managed appropriately, and repeatedly reviews and improves its efforts to protect the Personal Information.
